It did a great job covering all of the aspects of event planning, in concise detail. I would love small follow up courses that cover each area with a little more insight.

The course doesn't provide enough information. It is very broad and the text under videos are far better than the videos itself. This information is so basic and primitive. I would just five positive feedback for the Agent Chats as test options in some modules, this was very smart and interesting experience.
