Basic elements were covered. I was expecting more practical cases, maybe some additional resources and suggestions. In general - useful! Thanks!

I liked this course a lot as it gave me the opportunity to work doing the assignment, helping me to think as an executive team leader. It was very challenged but very rewarding at the end of it.

I am missing the introduction of a "Story Building Matrix," which is a valuable tool for maintaining a set of good stories that can work for different purposes. The 'story building matrix' is a list of stories and themes such as e.g.collaboration, negotiation, teambuilding, or motivation presented as a matrix. Each story makes a central point to one or several of these themes. Furthermore, I would appreciate knowing more about the elements that make a good story, such as characters, drama, and key dialog. It would be helpful to read a few examples of the same leadership talk with a story narrated in an okay way versus a better way using key dialog and a clear takeaway.
