In this course, we will explore the concepts of agency relationships, employment, and labor law. You will learn how to establish an agency and understand the principal-agent relationship. We will also examine the rights and responsibilities of both parties towards each other and third parties. Additionally, you will be introduced to important topics such as employment, union laws, and immigration.
