The AI Coach for this course was very helpful and included more detailed information that the actual course. I would have liked to see some actual tools and documents I may need to create for AI governance. Such as an example AI System Operational Metrics, AI Systems Architecture, Incident Response Plan, etc.

The course gave me a good baseline on how to approach an AI strategy within my company and which tools and resources I can use to support me in that. The interactive parts were quite interesting and challenging at times (in a good way), but I did sometimes feel that I was getting mixed answers generated from the AI which sometimes felt contradictory.
