This Specialization provides a comprehensive framework for applying strength and conditioning principles to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. Bringing together expertise from elite coaches and rehabilitation specialists—including Mike McGurn and Dr. Jason Miller—this program teaches evidence-informed methods for resistance training, athletic development, and Olympic lifting. Learners gain practical skills to design safer, more effective training programs that improve movement quality, restore function, and maximize performance across sport and clinical environments.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will complete applied programming assignments by designing prehab or rehab strength plans for case-study clients, integrating assessment findings, exercise selection, and progression strategies. These projects demonstrate the ability to translate theory into practical, real-world training programs.
