This Specialization helps emerging women leaders build the confidence, influence and practical leadership skills needed to grow into more visible, strategic roles. Across 4 focused courses, learners will strengthen their leadership vision, executive presence, stakeholder relationships, negotiation capability and resilience in complex workplace environments.
The programme blends strategic thinking, self-awareness, communication skills and relational intelligence to support real career growth. Learners will explore how to align their strengths with organisational priorities, communicate with authority, build credibility with stakeholders and advocate for themselves and others with confidence.
